PLUSY: Znakomita baza wypadowa - wokół jest mnóstwo ciekawych miejsc wartych obejrzenia. Bardzo miły personel, fantastyczne widoki z balkonu, zadbany basen. Cicha i spokojna okolica, blisko do Posedarje i Maslenicy. Własny taras nad morzem. Wiele by można jeszcze wymieniać...
MINUSY: Pochmurno i deszczowo przez kilka pierwszych dni. Brak chodnika do okolicznych miejscowości. Ale to oczywiście czynniki całkowicie poza wpływem właściciela nieruchomości.
