The breakfast was lovely and the staff were amazing!

The location isn't great - while it's convenient walking distance from the port, it is at a crossing where a lot of traffic passes all day, so it is fairly noisy. The room was dark because the blinds have to be closed to keep the heat out and provide privacy, which I didn't like. The aircon hits you directly when you're on the bed, which was uncomfortable for me at night, but opening the window wasn't really an option for me as I felt unsafe, there are several cats trying to get in the room, and the noise from the street was still there.

The staff really make this hotel so special! Everyone we spoke to here was so friendly and welcoming, we truly felt at home! The breakfast every morning was delicious and a selection of fresh pastries and bakery items etc. The rooms were quite basic, but lovely nonetheless! Maria picked us up from the port, and even arranged for us to have some breakfast on arrival even though it was past the end of breakfast for that day when we arrived! On one of our days, we were waiting on the local bus to go to the beach, and it had come early and we had missed it, without asking, the staff had noticed and were on the phone to the bus driver and then one of the members of staff very kindly offered to take us in his car! They really do go above and beyond, when we were checking out the same member of staff saw us exiting out room and immediately came to help with our bags and put them in his car to take us back to the port without any hesitation, which we were very grateful for as we had thought we would just walk down to the port, so this took some stress away from the morning! He also very kindly gave us a kimolos magnet to remember our stay, we were so touched by this and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone as the staff absolutely make it, everyone is so friendly and accommodating! The island of Kimolos is absolutely stunning, and everyone is so friendly! The chora was around 10-15 minute walk away and up some steep hills, so be prepared for that, or take the local bus up into town. Overall, Kimolos is a stunning island and I would definitely recommend staying here as the staff absolutely make the trip with their kindness and hospitality. We hope to return one day!🥰

The mattress was a little hard, but still okay.
