Casal Gabbi is at the top of a hill, in the open countryside, a traditional farmhouse that has been recently renovated and transformed into a delightful farmhouse divided into 5 flats, located in an area with spectacular views of the Marche hills. The property is entirely fenced off.
The flats are brand new, comfortable, spacious, and carefully furnished to meet all guests' needs and offer comfort and relaxation. Also available to guests are a swimming pool, solarium, large garden and wi-fi.
The place is ideal for those who love quiet, silence and the slow rhythms of wonderful country life. Its strategic position makes it possible to reach both the sea and the mountains in a short time.
Less than 20 km away is Civitanova Marche, and in less than 45 minutes you can reach beautiful seaside resorts such as: Portonovo, Porto Recanati Numana and Sirolo, which in addition to offering beautiful beaches, both sandy and rocky, offer many services from the tourist point of view.
If you prefer the mountains to the sea, a one-hour drive will take you to the Monti Sibillini Park, the Monte Conero Natural Park, Sarnano, Ussita, Visso, Frontignano and Fiastra. One of the most striking destinations from a naturalistic point of view is Lake Pilato. Lago di Pilato is a mountain lake located on Monte Vettore, in the massif and National Park of the Sibillini Mountains at an altitude of 1,941 metres above sea level. The lake is home to a particular endemic species, the Marchesoni Chirocephalus, a small red crustacean measuring 9-12 millimetres that swims with its belly upwards. The area also has a very small insect called ditiscid, a black aquatic beetle of Boreo-Alpine origin.
There are plenty of big brand outlets where you can have fun and make very economical purchases; within a radius of 30 km, there are outlets for brands such as Prada, Tod's, Manuel Ritz, Manifattura Paoloni, Hugo Boss, Lori Blu, Cesare Paciotti, Santoni, Hogan, etc.
One of the most important places in the Marche region is undoubtedly Loreto, which welcomes thousands of believers every year, curious to see the famous Black Madonna inside the Sanctuary. Other places of worship of considerable interest are: Fiastra - Abbey of Chiaravalle di Fiastra; Montecosaro - Abbey of S. Maria a Piè di Chienti; Montelupone - Abbey of S. Firmano; Corridonia - Abbey of S. Claudio al Chienti; Tolentino - Sanctuary of S. Nicola.
For those who love culture, the jewel in the crown is certainly the birthplace of Giacomo Leopardi in Recanati. However, not far away are historical palaces and castles: the castle of Gradara, the castle of the Rancia in Tolentino, the castle of Caldarola, the Ducal Palace of Urbino, the Cathedral of Fermo.
A little over an hour away are also two of the most important and nationally known natural sites, such as the Frasassi Cave and the Marmore Waterfalls.

We hebben enorm genoten van onze vakantie bij Casal Gabbi. Mooi appartement, fijn zwembad in een prachtige omgeving. Eigenaresse Roberta is erg vriendelijk en attent. Als je van rust en ruimte houd is dit een heerlijke plek!
Abbiamo apprezzato molto la nostra vacanza a Casal Gabbi. Grazioso appartamento, bella piscina in un ambiente bellissimo. La proprietaria Roberta è molto cordiale e attenta. Se ti piace la pace e la tranquillità, questo è un posto meraviglioso!

Il cascinale è davvero splendidamente ristrutturato. Hai tutto quello che ti serve per una vacanza in totale relax. La piscina immersa nel verde è davvero molto bella. Roberta è molto gentile e disponibile. Le spiagge del Conero sono solo a 40 min. L'appartamento con la veranda ha tutto quello che ti serve. Lo consiglio a tutti

Casual Gabbi è la meta ideale per chi vuole vivere una vacanza di pace e relax in mezzo alla campagna marchigiana. La struttura è davvero molto curata, la piscina semplicemente fantastica, il panorama appagante e la proprietaria, Roberta, e la sua famiglia davvero gentile e disponibile.
Ottima posizione per visitare l'entroterra maceratese , non distante dalla riviera del Conero (circa 45 minuti) e da Civitanova ( circa 20 minuti).
