De locatie is geweldig: dichtbij het water en erg rustig. We konden op het terrein veilig onze auto parkeren. De tuin is heerlijk met een eigen tuintafel en parasol. Burano en Torcello zijn gemakkelijk te bereiken evenals Venetië-stad zelf.
De keuken ontbeert voldoende pannen en kookgerei. De waterkoker is levensgevaarlijk. Het bed was niet comfortabel. De badkamer heeft een listig afstapje.

Prettig appartement met eigen terras. Rustige lokatie en toch in een half uur in Venetië. Erg aardige en accurate gastvrouw. Zee op fietsafstand om de hoek
