Diamond Beach Resort charges an additional fee for the resort amenities, which varies by season and length of stay. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.
All guests count towards occupancy, regardless of age.
Coffee is to be provided by guests.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This condo was absolutely wonderful & the perfect choice for a week of quiet relaxation. It is well maintained, clean, comfortable, spacious, & well stocked. There is plenty of room to move around. The unit is on the 4th floor, conveniently located near the elevator, with easy access to the pool and lazy river. Luggage carts are available to make unloading and settling in easy. The concierge was especially helpful and added to the overall positive experience, not to mention all of the amenities that are available.A few helpful items to bring, in addition to your personal belongings, include zip-top bags, food storage containers with lids, insulated hot or cold drink containers for outdoor use (no glass), tissues, extra paper products if you are staying a week or longer, dishcloths, sanitizing wipes, and extra power strips for charging mobile devices. The condo itself is thoughtfully equipped with games, a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washcloths, hand towels, beach towels, dish towels, and a small welcome box with a couple of dishwasher pods, dish soap, a laundry detergent packet, and a sponge. One small warning: beware of the birds, as they can leave quite a mess on your car. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we are very grateful to the owners for making such a beautiful and relaxing place available to enjoy.We highly recommend the Sea Horse Grill (across the road), the Spot, Marios, and Katie's Seafood.

Overall fabulous unit. The bathroom tub faucet needs repair. Shower button is broken.Bed was very comfortable and the decor was very nice. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Diamond Beach condos is a great resort: the pools, hot tubs, lazy river and beach access is perfect. This particular condo was not like many of the others we have stayed in, lacked many amenities and needed some updates. Stayed in this unit in 2018 and it was wonderful, so decided to try again since some of our new favorite condos were booked, and we were disappointed. Always will choose diamond beach when we go to Galveston, but will not stay here again. It does have a good location being next to the arcade and workout room if those are things you enjoy!
