About this villa rental
Welcome to villa 12K, a secluded top floor Fiddlers Cove with a great golf views from all windows. If you want privacy and comfort, this one is it. Recent renovations include new kitchen, bathroom updates, comfort height toilets, new LVP flooring throughout, new doors and trim, all new furniture, blinds, dishes and glassware, luxurious memory foam mattresses and Tommy Bahama bedding. For the little ones, a new high chair and pack and play are included to minimize your packing. Two beach chairs, a beach wagon and umbrella are all packed away in the deck box, ready for the 5 minute stroll to the best beach on Hilton Head Island. Fiddler's Cove offers two pools, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, racquetball and pickleball courts and an amenity center for your enjoyment. Fiddlers Cove now has community wide wifi - one password works in the villa, on the tennis courts, even at the pool! New Weber gas grill installed for 2019. Please, no pets. The Fiddlers Cove community does not allow pets.

This place is adorable and very clean. It is well located to restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The location was great and they have a lot of tennis courts. The kitchen was well stocked, the only item I suggest you bring is coffee for the coffee pot. Rob the manager was quick to answer our questions and helpful. This was such a pleasant experience and we would stay here again!

The location was great. A short 5 min walk to folly beach, the beach was never too busy. The beach-cart, two beach chairs and umbrella that the host had at the condo were so useful! Our walks to the beach wouldn’t have been as easy and enjoyable without them. My only complaint is that the condo did not seem clean to me. The master bathroom shower liner had mold spots on it, the kitchen stove and oven door were visibly dirty and we saw two live cockroaches in the master bedroom. It just didn’t feel clean to us but we were at the beach most of the time we were there and we still had a great vacation.
Also I’m not sure if this was due to covid-19 but the kitchen was not stocked with basic supplies such as coffee filters.
