Great location - walking distance from Seaside (5 min) and direct beach access across the street. Great house layout for 2 families with kids. Pool is more of a “plunge pool” but it was well received by kiddos. Privacy appreciated by mature landscaping keeping 30a quiet. Well appointed kitchen and grill was being replaced as we checked out. Perfect for our vacation.

What a great stay! A ten minute walk to Seaside as well as beach access directly across the street made for the perfect stay. We have booked our 30A trip through RD 5 or 6 times now and every single home we’ve stayed in was top notch. They also have a very attentive and detail oriented staff that was quite helpful. Would definitely recommend this house!

This was our first time staying in the area and will most definitely come back. The beach is amazing, greenish/blue water and shallow so its ideal for wading out and tubing around. Really odd to hardly see any seashells though, not much in the way of beachcombing.
The unit itself does face east, so you get bright AM sun. Condition inside is above average, granite, wood floors in the main area, then carpet in both bedrooms and tile in the baths. The only recommendation I would make is to update the balcony furniture,
the set of directors chairs are somewhat weathered and difficult to scoot all the way up to the table. Just a few other things to be aware of, if you bring your dog, realize compass point is setup like a hotel almost, with inner hallways. So if your dog doesn't
like hearing people talking walking down the hallway outside your unit, barking may be an issue. When we stayed, the main A/C unit that cools the halls was out, so little portable A/C units and fans on the hall floors were setup (which our dog was scared of).
The whole community is posh posh, crushed shell pathways and sidewalks...awesome dog park too towards the front of the property!! Biggest 2 downsides we saw though were the lack of lighting in the community at night and the tennis courts. We assumed the dim
lights were b/c of sea turtles, yet walking alone at night you need flashlights...just realize its really dark out there away from the street lights. The tennis courts were a huge disappointment, clay courts with tall thick brush around so if you hit your
tennis ball over the walls, its pretty much unretrievable. Courts had line tape above the clay so if your ball hit that, it would throw it off its path. Not too impressed but love to play tennis. Bottom line, totally would stay here again, the fitness center
is amazing!! Pools are superb, super pet-friendly, can't beat the sidewalk for running and cycling along 30-A and the beach rocks!! Loved it.
