Mieszkanie duże, dobrze nadaje się dla dużych rodzin, blisko centrum, duży wygodny parking.
Widać duże wyeksploatowanie wykończenia mieszkania, skrzypiące drzwi, panele, poobijane szafy, ościeżnice, progi.

Apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji. Blisko ulicy Piotrkowskiej, Dworca kolejowego Łódź Fabryczna oraz Akademii Humanistyczno - Ekonomicznej. W apartamencie czysto i ciepło, wygodne łóżka. Apartament dobrze wyposażony, tj. czajnik, kuchenka mikrofalowa, płyta indukcyjna, naczynia, ręczniki. Bardzo życzliwi właściciele, bezproblemowy kontakt.

Jeden z niewielu apartamentów z dwiema sypialniami, z 4 łóżkami. Przestronne, przyjemnie wyposażone sypialnie i salon.
Łazienka zdecydowanie wymaga remontu, bardzo zardzewiały kaloryfer, zniszczone drzwi. Prysznic niedomyty. Kuchnia nieźle wyposażona ale przydałaby się zmywarka bo naczynia i sztućce były niedomyte. Musiałam wszystko wyszorować i wyparzyć przed użyciem. Wszystkie okna były bardzo brudne.
