About this house rental
Ideally located at the end of the peninsula, Cap Ferret, 400m from the beaches of the Ocean and 400m from the beach of Mimbeau (Bassin Arcachon) you forget your car to enjoy all the riches of nature exceptional.
Near the 44 ha, you will enjoy a very sought after location allowing easy access to all the resources of Cap Ferret, while having a quiet environment.
Classified 4 * by the tourist office, the house is recent and made entirely of wood by the artisans of the peninsula. The house is terraced (the owners live in the other part) and offers all the modern comforts you expect. It is the charm and quality that have married to offer you a carefree holiday, and a real relaxation.
You will have 2 bedrooms, one with a bed 140 and the second with 2 bunk beds 90 cm. Each room has an exit through a French window to the terrace.
The bathroom has 2 basins and a large walk-in shower, the WC is independent.
Finally you will have a living room of 25 m2 glazed on the garden, composed of a living room with 2 sofas and a dining area with a round table for 4.
The American kitchen is equipped with an American fridge (freezer dispenser of water / ice cube ...) induction hob, oven multi-cooking, lava crockery, lava linen, etc ..
WIFI with private repeater, TV and DVD player are obviously there.
With its independent access, its plancha gas and barbecue area, its terrace of 40 m2 slatted serving all the rooms, the house allows you to enjoy the outdoors throughout the day.
A 5 'walk, you will find the huge sandy beaches of the ocean or the beautiful beaches of the basin depending on the mood or the tide for young and old.
- all water activities are accessible (Cap Ferret sailing club nearby), surf on the ocean (surf club Cap Ferret), tennis clubs, children's club on the beach of the lighthouse ...
- forest walks via cycle paths (3 km)
- visits and tastings in the oyster area (1 km)

The well-equipped and tranquil appartement made our experience as family even more enjoyable. Whether we were relaxing on the beautiful terrasse, exploring the nearby beaches, or simply soaking up the sun, Cap Ferret and the friendliness of the owner left a lasting impression.

A delightful place to stay for a week. Everything you could need in a holiday home- very well equipped kitchen, great out door bbq, lovely terrace for eating out, dishwasher, washing machine, comfortable indoor seating and beds, plenty of storage in the bedrooms. Really the place was pretty, functional and very well designed and laid out. I have rented many holiday homes and this was one of the best.

We loved our week staying here, very comfortable and well equipped, clean, bright and spacious. Beautiful, quiet location but only a short walk or bike ride away from the shops, bay and ocean. We arrived on public transport and hired bikes all week which was the perfect way to get around. The bbq on the patio was great and was used most nights! Michel was ever so helpful communicating before our arrival and during our stay. I can only agree with previous comments as they were all true - We loved our stay!
