Dream destination

We were picked up from the ferry(free of charge) and provided with a local map and information on places of interest. The studio apartment is perfectly furnished and is just a short walk to bars, restaurants, and the beach. There also is a bakery and a couple of mini markets just 5 minutes walk. It is a 15 minute walk into Vis via the scenic streets and waterfront. We loved staying here. Beautiful view of sunset back towards Vis from balcony. At the end of our stay we were dropped back to the port terminal with a 😃

Everything we love about Croatia!

The hosts were very kind and gave us lots of tips for the island and gave us a ride back to the ferry. The room was very comfortable with a wonderful ocean view from the balcony. We were just steps away from the small town of Kut, with wonderful restaurants, including Pojoda, which has been rated #1 in Croatia. Dining there was quite a treat.

The balcony chairs could use an extra cushion but the view was so amazing, I can't complain at all.

Good

The location was amazing. The host is very kind, and provides all needed information for your stay. We had everything that is necessary. We think the quality of the things in the apartment is not bad but it could be improved.

We had a problem with rain that was leaking through the bathroom roof window. Wet floor everyday. This window was in poor condition. Also the shower was uncomfortable because of the sticky shower curtain which was not long enough and leaking water. In the kitchen there is almost no space for the washed dishes.

Breakfast was not included in the accommodation. Was able to cook breakfast myself but went out and ate breakfast at a small cozy place nearby.

Found nothing to complain about. Clean, fresh, organized and friendly people.

BEST ACCOMODATION IN CROATIA!!! The communication from the owner was impeccable throughout the lead up to the stay and during the stay itself Our host went out his way to accommodate us whenever he could including picking us up from the harbour upon our arrival and dropping us back to the harbour once our stay had ended, not to mention said arrival and departure were at rather inconvenient times. The host gave us fantastic suggestions of where to go around the island, insight that undoubtedly made our stay far better than it could have possibly been otherwise The location of the apartment is about as perfect as you can hope for and the apartment itself had everything we needed, boasting fantastic views and sizeable quarters

Great and convenient location in Vis city. The hosts were incredibly helpful in terms of info on the island and recommendations, adjusting accommodations, and providing transportation to the ferry!

Lovely and relaxing stay

Loved the Kut area as it was very quiet and peaceful.Apartment was pretty big and had everything you would need.Big thank you for the owners for everything and especially driving me to port on both ways.

Great accommodation, amazing hosts.

Location was great, was nice to sit on the balcony with a drink with views the sea. Great hosts, who came to collect us from the ferry, also gave tips of where to go on the island etc. The accommodation had everything for a great stay.

Perfect apartment in perfect location

The apartment was located perfectly- just a few minutes walk from the sea front, restaurants and supermarkets. Ladi kindly picked us up from the ferry port on arrival, and even let us leave our bags after checkout and dropped them to us at the ferry port when we left. He was super friendly and gave us lots of great tips of what to do and where to eat. The apartment was spacious and clean, with everything you’d need, with a lovely balcony and communal garden area. We’d definitely recommend, and hope to stay here again in the future.

Relaxing and perfect

We cannot say enough good things about this accommodation. We spent 12 days in the apartment having been collected from the ferry by Ladi the owner. He spent time showing us on a map some of the highlights of the island and his information was very helpful. The apartment is ideally located for 2 x convenience stores, 2 x bakery and 8 restaurants all within less than 5 minutes walk on the most beautiful and picturesque harbour front. The terrace is shaded with loungers and a table and chairs where we could enjoy a breakfast. The small kitchen is perfect for making tea and coffee, simple breakfast and light snacks. The bed is exceptionally comfortable and there is ample wardrobe and cupboard space with a lovely hot powerful shower in the ensuite. The room was immaculate when we arrived with a huge supply of towels. It was cleaned during our stay and the bedding changed. I recommend the boat trip round the island with the family tour company. I would absolutely recommend this property for a stay on Vis. Hopefully we will get to go back again.

Lovely apartments

In a lovely position not far from vis town, exceptionally clean, really cosy studio apartments with everything you need for your stay. Really friendly and helpful hosts. ladi took time on giving us information about the island and best places to visit. He picked us up from the harbour and took us back at 6.30 in the morning to catch our return ferry. Would definitely stay again when returning to vis.

The property was good with a good location. The staff and his wife were so great and lovely, very helpful and kind. I enjoyed staying in his property. He also provided a car parking at his own house which was very kind. I would recommend this property and rate it 10/10.

The location was close to everything in the old town and the room had everything I needed to have a comfortable stay. The hosts were helpful and provided me with a ride to and from the ferry, as well as recommendations for where to go and what to do. I liked it so much I extended my stay!

It’d be helpful to have a light at the front gate because it’s quite dark at night when entering.

Not so comfortable, we expected more guided by reviews.

The property is located close to the waterside in the part of Vis named Kut and it was not difficult to find. The parking is right next to the building which is very practical. The host was more then pleasant and friendly, and undoubtedly endeavored to be very helpful. I am sure that great ratings of this accommodation relate to the hosts / owners and not to the property itself.

Although very clean, the unit is quite cramped, and the furniture and appliances are not the newest. Special complaints go to the bed that creaked so unbearably that we had to sleep on a sofa bed that was not at all comfortable. Also, a serious complaint is about the shower, which is not a cabin but has a shower curtain that inevitably sticks to the body, which is neither hygienic nor pleasant, and the water from the shower pours into the bathroom. Faucets in the bathroom could also be newer. My personal opinion is that the owners should definitely invest part of their earnings in the improvement and renovation of these really problematic parts of the apartment because they obviously care about reviews and guest satisfaction, and these are things that do not require excessive costs.

Fantastic!

The host was wonderful! He picked us up at the ferry and dropped us off when we left. The apartment was clean and really nice. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. We went on a tour with the sons of the hosts at Musun Tourist Agency and it was so much fun and they were so lovely. We really recommend both the apartment and the boat tour.

Apartman war ausgezeichnet sauber. Gastgeber sehr freundluch und nett. Alles unkompliziert! Hof ruhig und nett mut Blumrn und alles schön gepflegt. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, ruhig aber trozdem nahe zum Meer. Restoran, Kaffehaus und Lebensmittslgedcheft sind in der Unmittelbar Nahe. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Muy recomendable, súper limpio y anfitrión encantador

El propietario muy simpático y atento, siempre disponible para ayudar. Ubicación en una zona tranquila pero muy cerca de tiendas y restaurantes. Apartamento muy amplio y con todo lo necesario para estancias largas. Muy limpio.

No hay enchufe cerca de la cama aunque al final te adaptas. La nevera hacia bastante ruido, con tapones se soluciona.
