About this apartment rental
A great ground floor apartment, legaly registered through tourist board number VT-471456-A Parking directly outside, community pool, large south west facing garden.
The property is in a secure gated complex, with fibre optic Wi-Fi only 15- 20 minutes walk to the beach of Punta prima, private off street parking should you require but a car is not required.
The garden is 77m2 south west facing. The property has real grass and the surrounding area is well maintained, by the gardeners, there is plenty of room for relaxing on the sunbeds, barbecues, games, safe space for children. we don't charge you extra for power cards for air conditioning and heating, no hidden fees. The property is very clean with good quality furniture.
There is also a Shared community pool which has a children's pool. just a 2 minute walk from the apartment and the pool is well maintained to a high standard.
The good thing is you can go back and relax in your own large garden with no pool noise after swimming, and relaxing as the pool is open 9.00 am until after 9.00 pm. and to keep cool a outside shower handset is there if you require
No car is required, public transport and taxis are available, and you can park directly out side if you have a car, if you do not have a car you can walk to the shops, bars, restaurants and local super market.

Our stay was for 3 weeks and we were very happy with this property. Everything you would need is there for you and well maintained. The property manager, Michael is so very helpful and always quick to respond if needed. I highly recommend this property if staying in Punta Prima!

A wonderful clean and well equipped apartment close to bars, shops, resturants and also on local bus route with buses passing every 30 minutes 7 days per week.
The key holder who met us on arrival was pleasant, friendly and helpful and had a good knowledge of the area. Mick was extremely helpful during out stay and if we had any problems he was available to answer any queries with no longer than 30 minutes wait. If he couldnt deal over the phone with queries he followed up up with a prompt visit to the property to action.
The apartment is well equiped with more than enough items you will need for your holiday. The communal pool is clean and the people around the community are very friendly.
This appartment does face the road but once indoors no noise can be heard. Everything of good quality and in working order.
One thing that could be upgrade is the satalite TV as signal was very poor and lack of channels.
Phrase and a big thank you needs to be given to Mick for managing this property on behalf of the owner.

En general, la casa está genial y tiene todo lo necesario y más para unas vacaciones en familia. Las instalaciones tanto del apartamento como de la misma urbanización están en perfectas condiciones. Lo único que nos pareció un poco lejano a la playa, pero si tienes coche no hay ningún problema.
Está muy cerca de supermercados, tiendas y restaurantes y en una zona muy tranquila.

Spent a couple of weeks at this apartment, I have been visiting the area for a number of years now and have to say that this apartment was more of a home from home rather than a holiday let. Everything you could wish for, high standard of accomodation extremely comfortable, local to all amenities. Would have gladly stayed on longer but unable to do so. Would go back in the blink of an eye. Highly recommended.
