Its in a great location, close to the center. The staff was extremely helpful, kept our bags while we were trekking, answered every question and were available at the reception 24/7. Breakfast is great. The rooms have many flaws but for its price its great value for money.
The rooms are old and basic. Towels are thin, well used and should be replaced. Would not recommend for people who plan to stay in the room.

The breakfast was great, the location is amazing if you want to tour around Bariloche. Very centric location with everything you might need around the corner. Just in front you have a common supermarket.
The hotel is not very comfortable. Beds are very different, so there's not standard quality. Also, the rooms are small, there's a huge mold spot on the first floor on the carpet, walls are very dirty and on the announce they promised hairdresser but there was not at the room. Very different pictures of what the room turned out to be. I was not pleased with my stay.

"Old but charming premises, good but rather sugary breakfast, very friendly staff who helped us carry our baggage and let us check out later without additional costs. Very nice stay!"
