Hotur Via Augusta

Being able to book multiple properties on the same complex was very helpful as there was 12 of us in our family gathering. The properties are basic but functional. The staff were very helpful and brought anything that we requested, like extra pillows, cutlery, glasses, plates and bowls. The location was good for what we needed as we go out exploring the local area everyday, so it's location was central for all the towns we planned to visit, it's about 25 mins drive from Salou and a 15 minute drive to Taragona. There a shop 5 mins walk away and a Lidl and Mercadona a few minutes drive away. The beach was only a 5 minute drive away too, you could walk to the beach in about 10 to 15 minutes too apparently. There's a restaurant a few minutes walk away too which does a Menu del dia which was good value and great food.

We had things stolen from our patio one evening. We left some washing and wet swimming shorts after a late night dip, out to dry and when we got up in the morning the 3 pairs of (designer branded) swim shorts had all been taken. The patio gardens are all enclosed at the rear of the properties and there's no access from the streets. The third bedroom has a pull out bed from under the single bed, which stays low to the floor and fills the room when pulled out. This was ok for us as the children used this room, but guess wouldn't be good for adults.

Todo muy fácil y el apartamento muy bien, recomendable 100 %

Como cada año, la tranquilidad en la piscina y espacio de la casa.

Que hubieron dos días cortes de agua (sin aviso) y estuvimos bastantes horas sin agua en la casa, con los problemas que ello conlleva de no poderse duchar, ni ir al WC, etc... Podían haber avisado ...

Puntos a mejorar: La vivienda no estaba limpia y presentaba serios problemas de mantenimiento (sofá muy desgastado, puerta del baño hinchada que no cerraba y un microondas antiguo que explotó y tuvo que ser cambiado). La terraza es estupenda, pero la ausencia de toldo la hace inservible debido al calor. La ubicación está apartada de todo y pega a la carretera, afortunadamente hay un restaurante cerca.
