Situated in the pretty hamlet of Putsborough this spacious detached home is just less than half a mile away from the glorious sandy beach perfect for walking your pets, surfing, or rock pooling. The stunning headland and coastal path is within walking distance, and the homeowner even provides a pass to the beach so you have free car parking.
A large, gated driveway with plenty of private off-road parking leads to a spacious porchway ideal for shoes, wellies, pushchairs, and buckets and spades. The bespoke kitchen is a wonderful place to gather and plan the day ahead or prepare meals. And there’s a lovely dining room adjacent for relaxed get-togethers or a special evening meal. There is plenty of room for the whole family, whether you need a quiet place to read or a place to enjoy precious time with family and friends. The good-sized main living room has Sky TV and a DVD player, and there are cosy corners in the large rear hallway. Two staircases at either end of the property lead to the first floor where two attractive bedrooms await, a king-size and a twin, each with a TV, and feature electric fire.
