ACCOMMODATION ADVANTAGES

 SPACIOUS DUPLEX (135 m2) WITH SOLARIUM TERRACE (20 m2) in a pedestrian path FRONT OF THE SEA, 1st LINE, 8m from the SEA (Direct view 180º).
"You can almost touch the sea from your duplex!" At 8 m. The sea is as if you were on top of it and the sea was your own natural pool!

UPPER FLOOR: BUHARDILLA (living room furniture and relaxing environment); TERRACE SOLARIUM (20m2) FRONT SEA (8 m) (direct view 180º) with Sun / shade areas, OUTDOOR SHOWER, hammocks, umbrellas, table, TERRACE DINING ARMCHAIRS.
Can you imagine resting on this terrace in your hammock without hearing any noise from cars and just seeing and hearing the sea? Or just read, do you even have Wiffi on the terrace, having a cool snack? How does it sound to lie at night and just hear the sea and see the stars in total darkness? Surely you would sleep! But you wouldn't mind because the sun would wake you up from the sun rising from the sea!

There are so many things that will make you feel happy! If I tell you that also from the bed in the master bedroom, lying down, you can see and hear the sea!, And sleep with your whisper!

GROUND FLOOR: LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN (both FRONT SEA (8 m) (direct view) (kitchen with breakfast bar, fridge, ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, kettle, toaster and kitchenware); DINING ROOM, BATHROOM COMPLETE and PATIO SOLANA with clothesline, laundry sink and washing machine. All fully equipped.

WIFFI (house and terrace). Optional private GARAGE (3 minutes walking). Free on public roads.

BATHROOMS OF SEA, COMFORTABLE, EASY and “ALMOST AT HOME”.
In front of the duplex in its pedestrian seaway there are accesses and areas equipped for swimming (at 10m, 15m, 20m, 30m ...) and volcanic sand beach (about 100m on the right).
Can you imagine starting the day bathing in the sea and then having a quiet breakfast in the shade on your sun terrace, or even on the terrace that is also in the master bedroom (which also has table furniture and terrace chairs and umbrella) watching and hearing "your natural pool"? Feel good juice, toast,…. MMM..! ... anything, right? Even a champagne or champagne too, I think, right?

EAT OUTSIDE THE FRONT SEA HOUSE, NEXT, WALKING.
Also when you feel like having something outside, a snack, lunch or dinner, you do not need a car because, leaving the duplex, in the pedestrian seaway of the duplex (30m on each side) there are restaurants with outdoor terraces facing the sea, with typical products And from the sea. The town square is 60m (facing the sea) with restaurants, cafes, zumerías,…
When you feel like taking something outside, you don't need a car, you can do it quietly and peacefully, at the moment, walking !!

EVERYTHING TO THE SIDE, AT THE MOMENT AND WALKING:
Supermarket, bakery, candy store (5 minutes walk). If you want to prepare some of your breakfasts, lunches, snacks and dinners at home, you also have it very easy, you can do it comfortably, without the need for a car !! Next door and walking !! You will forget to drive !!
You have a Health Center (4 minutes walk), pharmacy, bank teller, hairdresser, public transport (6 minutes walk), all inside the town.How easy and comfortable, next door, walking!

To visit the island, although there is public transport, I suggest renting a vehicle at the airport. SITUATION
PUERTITO GUIMAR located on the south coast of the island, is an ideal area if you are looking for a quiet place, without tourist agglomerations, with a special charm. With areas equipped for swimming in the sea and an extensive black sand beach, typical of the volcanic area.
Diving, kayaking, paddle surf… at Radazul sports pier (10 minutes by car)
Excellent location to explore the island. By car, in minutes: at 20, Santa Cruz (capital); to 30, La Laguna (World Heritage; 50, Teide National Park; 40, Puerto La Cruz; 50, Garachico; 30 to 40, most tourist area (Médano, Cristianos, Americas, Costa Adeje).

Without a car, "El Malpaís de Güimar" (Special Natural Reserve of great ecological importance), is a unique volcanic landscape that extends from Montaña Grande (former volcanic cone) to the coast, with hiking trails. On the other side you will find a small black sand beach where you can bathe and eat in one of its small restaurants.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
 Quiet place, without tourist crowds. It is an old fishing village, with a small shelter for fishing boats, now without activity and conditioning for the bathroom (with access to the sea and solariums) and an extensive black sand beach, typical of volcanic areas.

Next to the Duplex (30 meters) there are restaurants facing the sea with typical food and products of the sea and in the Plaza del pueblo facing the sea you will also find restaurants, pizzerias, areperas, zumerías, ... etc.
Near the town square and the Duplex, without a car (5 minutes walk): supermarket, small shops, pharmacy, hairdressers, doctor's office, bank teller, public transport, etc ...

We had a wonderful time at Lucy’s property.Everything was squeaky clean, plenty of towels and lovely bedding and a well equipped kitchen.The roof terrace was perfect for reading or just watching the world go by.Hearing the sea at night was a perfect way to drift off.Very close by was a great supermarket, with plenty of fresh produce a bakery and a few other shops.We ate in most of the restaurants which were very reasonably priced.I think a car is important if you want to explore Tenerife.Overall wonderful stay

Staying in Lucy's house by the sea is a dream come true - an amazing vacation! My favorite part was sitting on the balcony and admiring the sea. The view is spectacular and the sea is so close. The water is very clear and shows different shades of blue depending on the sun. Lucy is so helpful and accommodating. She made everything easy and she truly wanted my son (12 y.o.) and I to enjoy ourselves while we were in Tenerife. Lucy gave great recommendations and checked in with us throughout our stay. She was a big help with navigating some of the tourist activities that we wanted to do. We visited Siam Park (water park), took a catamaran cruise to snorkel/see whales and dolphins, went deep sea fishing, had dinner at a lovely outdoor restaurant in Santa Cruz, and spent most of our time in the sea right outside our front door. We saw beautiful fish near the rocks. We rented a car and saw as much of the island as possible in 7 days. Lucy provides a parking spot in a garage about one block away and we found parking on the street. This home is just fabulous and it exceeded my expectations. It is more beautiful than the photos show. Three delightful floors - all rooms tastefully decorated. The roof top deck is magnificent. With the windows/doors open, the sea breeze is absolutely lovely. We loved staying in Lucy's home and preferred it over the tourist areas. Locals walk a lot and they seem happy - a beautiful life in this village. We absolutely want to rent again, Lucy! xoxo
