The room and bathroom is old and outdated. Even though it had a kitchen it was very poorly supplied with no tea towels, no cutting knifes, no detergent/sponges, not really made to be used with very few and gruby cutlery and crockery. It's not set up as a fully usable apartment.
The WiFi inside the apartment was so weak that became a struggle to keep it on for 1 hour without disconnecting often. If any guests intend to use the WiFi to do some work is truly impossible.

The internet was terrible with poor to no reception throughout our 3 day stay despite reminders.

It is close to Avenida Paulista and the subway station, the room was comfortable, a good value for the price I payed.
There was water leaking from our shower. When you took a bath, the water leaked from the bath to the bathroom floor, leaving the bathroom mat soaked. To be honest, we didn’t complain about it. I can only imagine that they would find another room for us.
