Comfortably blending modern conveniences with classical charm, the apartment sits in a perfectly situated neighborhood so close to the historic center and so far from the noise of the city.
It is perfect for 1 or 2 couples, a group of 2-5 friends or for business travelers.

Very conveniently situated close to all interesting spots, my newly renovated apartment is set on the foot of Lycabetus hill in the heart of Athens.
Close to all local amenities, delicious bakeries, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies.

- 5 minutes walking from the Ambelokipoi metro station
- 3 stops from Syntagma Square
- 4 stops to Monastiraki-Plaka
- 4 stops to Acropolis Archaeological Site and Museum
- 25 min walking distance to Syntagma and Omonia Squares
- direct line 40 mins connection to the Eleftherios Venizelos airport
- 35 minutes from Piraeus Port
