Enjoy oceanfront living at Hali'i Kai 14H, a 3-bedroom vacation condo that boasts the best oceanfront location at Hali'i Kai. Smell the sea breeze from your private ground floor balcony in a setting famous for watching the whales make their migration every winter. The property is furnished in contemporary tropical decor with special upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms. Guests enjoy a well-stocked kitchen and living area that faces out to the mesmerizing ocean views. The master bedroom also boasts an ocean view as well as an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The second bedrooms features a queen-size bed and the third room offers two twin beds that may be converted into a king bed upon request. Central ac, wifi throughout and full laundry facilities offer guests the comforts of home while vacationing in paradise. 14H is an easy walk to the private Ocean Club facilities, exclusive to Hali'i Kai. The facilities include a gorgeous lagoon style pool with shallow kiddies area, a staffed restaurant and bar and an open air exercise hut with refreshing trade winds to keep you cool. The Hali'i Kai Association collects a resort fee of $25.00 through August 31, 2026 and $35 starting September 1, 2026, plus tax, per day for each reservation (not per person), with a maximum amount of $500 + tax per stay (rates subject to change without notice). The resort fee allows guests access to the property and Ocean Club facilities and includes two electronic entry gate key cards and parking pass. Guest are required to register and pay the resort fee directly to the Front Desk at Hali'i Kai upon arrival. Hali'i Kai also requires a credit card to be kept on file with a $100 authorization hold placed on the card for loss or unreturned gate cards. Resort fee applies to all guests and is subject to change by the Hali'i Kai Association of Apartment Owners.

This is a very well located condo in a charming small complex. The view is absolutely stunning. It’s just incredible to wake up every morning to spectacular ocean views. The complex has a lovely small clubhouse area and beautiful pool - they have a great menu for a quick lunch, and the service and staff are all very friendly. Two hints - no umbrellas at the pool so be aware if that is an issue for you, and if you’re planning on dinner at the clubhouse (it’s lovely), make reservations.
With regard to the condo, it’s very nice and clean-ish. Well decorated, very comfortable bed in the primary room and nice soft sheets. It’s obviously a place that gets a lot of wear and tear. The bathroom has leaky faucets and the shower is in desperate need of a very deep clean.
I can tell that the staff works hard to keep everything well stocked for beach outings, we found a closet full of towels chairs etc. We also used the kitchen extensively and found everything we needed.
All in all we had a lovely time and appreciated all of the hard work put into this condo.

Nice unit. Above average kitchen with very good appliances, dishes, pots and pans. Some reviews noted the unit did not have much for spices etc, but we found the unit well stocked.

Loved location of condo as well as the entire property. Quiet and well manicured. Beds and bedding were a dream! Host provided all the beach toys we needed! Restaurant and bar at the pool were an added bonus! Would tent again!

This condo was immaculate and comfortable, the location is amazing for whale watching off of the lanai, and The Ocean Club (Hali'i Kai's private restaurant) is steps away and is delicious. We only wish we would have eaten there earlier in our trip to try more of the menu. The pool looked nice but we did not use it. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Waikoloa/Puako.
