About this cottage rental
Spacious 1 bedroom 'Nantucket' style cottage just steps from the beach on one of the nicest lanes in Ventura. This charming 1,000 sf cottage features one bedroom with a queen bed. The full kitchen is outfitted with everything you will need for home cooked meals. There is one full bathroom with tub/shower and quality fluffy white towels. The one car garage has a washer/dryer and garage door opener. The living room has a fireplace, cable TV and a comfortable sofa with chaise lounge. The cottage has WiFi and a Bose ipod Dock. Lounge in the large backyard featuring a spacious brick patio with umbrellas, comfortable outdoor sofas around a gas firepit, teak adirondacks, dining table and chairs, large stainless Weber BBQ and an outdoor shower with hot water. The front bay window and dutch doors add to the beach cottage feel. Two beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels and boogie boards are provided.

Wonderful place. The kitchen gadgets and pots and pans were - well like we have at home. It's obvious the owner stays here and like a good functioning kitchen. Thank you!The beach access! The backyard with fire pit! All wonderful. We'll definitely be back.

Owner was very responsive. Kitchen fully stocked. Relaxation spaces indoor and outdoor were quite ample and enjoyable. Walk to beach and Duke’s beach grill. Drove 10 minutes to Ventura harbor with shops? Restaurant and National Park visitor center. Very convenient to boat trips to whale watch or land on Channel Islands National Park

Cozy and comfortable cottage walking distance to restaurants, the grocery store and, of course, the beach. Great value for the price.

The house is everything and more. Beach, grocery store, restaurants and liquor store all within walking distance of the house.
Such a great location and homeowners that are down to earth.
