About this villa rental
A little 'castle' in a modern estate in a rural area, Vivenda Vista Verde is loved because of its cosy atmosphere. The garden, 1250m² is fully fenced and offers a high evergreen hedge and beautiful mature trees, flowers, shrubs, cactus´ and sufficient grass for all those family games! Private parking on own driveway, no inviews on outside terraces, privacy guaranteed! Pool (8 x 4m) with walk in stairs is surrounded by terraces and grass and gives direct access to covered living room- and kitchen terrace, BBQ area and a big roof terrace (ideal for sunbathing, lovely rural views), all features inviting to outdoor life. Inside: three bedrooms (one in 'tower' room), 2 bathrooms, ample living with digital satellite television/radio, hifi-stereo system, comfort seating and wood fireplace, furthermore modern fully equipped kitchen open to dining room (in 2nd 'tower') and living, all windows and doors with mosquito nets. Visit this little castle, you'll feel like a king!!!

Firstly, superb communication from the management company from booking until the day of our arrival. We had no problems at all during our stay, so we did not need to contact during the holiday at all.
A great looking property. Fabulous garden which is well maintained and creates a private space around the pool and outside eating areas. Stunning floral displays and palms, which create photogenic scene. The pool was regularly maintained - great size for adults and kids. The surrounding area was perfect for relaxing. The roof terrace was a great space for my teen to sunbathe away from the younger siblings and allowed a great view at sunset.
Living and sleeping space was great. Two large bathrooms for the three double bedrooms. All clean, very well looked after and up to date. Perhaps the one thing i would add is fans, nighttime was incredibly hot! Right amount of towels and the cleaners came after one week changing bedding and towels.
The location is great as it's in a quiet area about 10 mins from Praia da Rocha. We travelled to Faro, Tavira, Salema and Lagos. All these fab days out were within easy driving distance - even with three kids aged 15-3! It is best if you hire a car via the property manager as they sorted all the details out- which was great! Driving was easy and allowed us the freedom to explore.
We dined out on many days, but also shopped in the local Aldi, Lidl and other supermarkets and enjoyed the BBQ area. The kitchen was easy to use, stocked with all the necessary equipment and was hassle free!
I would highly recommend this property and would return myself withy family!

We stayed for a week at the villa in May 2017, and it was perfect. We are a family of 5, and the villa was more than spacious enough, clean, well-equipped, and made for a very relaxing stay. For the first few days we ventured out to the surrounding beaches, but after that the children were so delighted with the gorgeous swimming pool (which was cleaned at least twice during our stay - thank you!) that we spent most of our time relaxing in the sunshine by the pool, eating meals from the barbecue. The villa is located alongside other villas, but is so secluded by the surrounding gardens that you are not overlooked and are unaware of anyone else being around. The villa is set back from the road, up a gated driveway, so feels very secure.
If we wanted to eat out, it was an easy 10-minute drive to the beaches or to the centre of Portimao, where there were numerous child-friendly restaurants/beach cafes to eat at. The beaches are amazing - there's the larger beach of Praia da Rocha, which features numerous cafes, but also many smaller, stunning, more secluded coves a short drive away. There were also waterparks nearby which we'd planned to try out, but we were so relaxed at the villa itself that we just didn't need anything else!
From the very start of our booking, Jeroen couldn't have been more helpful. He always responded by return if we had any queries, and provided such detailed information about every aspect of our stay that we felt really well looked after. I would also recommend booking a car directly through him, as the process was so easy, no queuing, and with no hidden extras at all.
We would definitely return to this villa in the future (tomorrow, if we could!) and would recommend it highly - it's the perfect location for a family holiday.

3 semaines parfaites en Aout 2010. La villa est bien équipée, au calme, tout en étant proche du centre de Portimao et des plages les plus belles de l'Algarve. La piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques, bien entretenus (une fois par semaine, jardinier pour la pelouse et les arbres), avec beaucoup d'intimité. L'entretien de la villa est effectuée chaque semaine (personnel discret et efficace, maison très propre à l'arrivée). Le mobilier et les équipements sont fonctionnels et complets (avec en plus internet par Wifi à disposition).
La villa est dans une petite résidence, dans la nature (promenades possibles dans la campagne), à 15 minutes maximum du centre de Portimao. Le temps a été magnifique et nous avons visité l'Algarve, Lisbonne (à un peu plus de 2 heures de voiture), Sintra et Evora.
L'agence a géré la réservation et la mise à disposition des clés avec beaucoup de compétences et de professionnalisme. Un grand merci à M. Kramer pour sa patience et sa gentillesse.
Bref des vacances excellentes et de merveilleux souvenirs. Location conseillée sans réserve et un rapport qualité prix très intéressant.
