We had a lovely stay in the house, everything we needed for our stay, we were shown around the town as well, its just a shame we didn't have longer, only very small negative point was that we all got covered in mossie bites the first night, in bed (we never sat out) (I had asked the owner and he said there was not many about) but they clearly loved our Scottish skin, it was fine once we applied bug spray. So just a tip.
The Pool was lovely and we spend most of our time cooling off in it, we would definatly stay again if we were in the vicinity.
The train was a good 15/20 minute walk away, which is fine as we like walking but was hard work in the 35 degrees heat.
The Owner was extra helpful and offered us lifts if we wanted to go into town ,but we didn't wish to bother him, it was very kind.
Definitely recommend this beautiful House

Maison haut de gamme avec toute les commodités. Accueil chaleureux et très serviable. À 15 minutes à pied de la gare qui vous amène à Rome en 20 minutes, très pratique. Également à 10 minutes en auto de la plage. Les photos décrivent bien la maison. Le seul désavantage est que lorsque vous vous assoyez à l'extérieur au retour de vos visites en fin d'après-midi, les chiens tout autour de la maison aboie sans arrêt, ce qui est très agaçant et perturbant. Ceci n'est pas la faute du propriétaire heureusement mais.......

When we planned our vaction trip to Italy, we knew that after visiting Rome and Florence, we will need to rest for a few days at some nice, quiet place near the beach. So, we found and rented this property, based on a description and excellent reviews. We are so glad we did. This place is amazing and so its owners. I could write another review repeating what other guests have already said in English. Instead, I am going to write in Russian, so potential Russian-speaking guests would also know why everyone likes this place. But first, I would like to thank the owners Anna Maria and Vincenzo for such a pleasant experience! << Russian >>Если вам нравится то что изображено на фотографиях в описании этой виллы, то я думаю вы не будете разочарованы. Так всё и выглядит на самом деле. Чувствуется что хозяева любят свой дом и содержат все в идеальной чистоте и порядке. С момента нашего приезда с нами обходились как с близкими. Когда тур по дому закончился, мы обнаружили в холодильнике, всевозможные напитки, как для взрослых так и для детей. На следующее утро Винчензе свозил нас в город и показал где-что находится, включая пляж. Все находятся рядом. Ближайший супермаркет, в пяти минутах ходьбы от дома. Очень удобно! Всякий раз когда мы всречались с Винчензе, он всегда предлагал свою помощь. Даже когда я умудрился получить штраф за парковку в неположенном месте, Винчензе сам поехал в полицейский участок заплатить мой штраф. Так что пять звездочек не только этому месту, а также его хозяевам. Спасибо за все!
