Emerald Towers 105 is a newly renovated two bedroom, two bath condo located directly on the Gulf. We have also just completed a 2.5 million dollar exterior renovation 2022. Walk out on your back patio and you are steps away from the pool and the beach!
The property is located 3.4 miles from the Mid-Bay Bridge/ Destin Commons and 2.0 miles away from the Destin Harbor Boardwalk. Big Kahuna Water park and the Track are walking distance.
Emerald Towers has a fitness center, sauna, large outdoor community pool and sun deck (heated seasonally), along with outdoor gas grills and two tennis/pickle ball courts for all guests to enjoy. Beach chairs and umbrellas available (for an additional fee).

Living room: Queen-sized sleeper sofa

We had an amazing family vacation! This condo is the perfect addition for a family or a couple getaway to make memories. It is clean, beautiful, and conveniently located in both Destin and on the first floor. No waiting on elevators! Another bonus is that is well stocked with plenty of pans, dishes and other things we didn’t even think we needed. Shelley was fantastic to work with and very accommodating. My boys ages 22,21, and 13 were very comfortable with plenty of space. It is decorated beautifully! We’ve stayed at multiple condos, but this one is tops for my entire family!

This place was awesome. Ground floor condo was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. Great location and well maintained building and grounds.
