Curtea este curată cu mult spațiu verde, piscina este de asemenea curată dar și frumoasă. Accesul la piscină se face de pe terasă printr-o portiță care duce fix în curtea interioară. În apropriere se află mai multe magazine și marketuri de unde te poți aproviziona cu tot ce-ți trebuie.
În descriere scrie că este apartament dar de fapt este un studio cu un corp de mobila, de aproximativ 1,50 cm, care desparte patul dublu de living. Aveam nevoie de intimitate având în vedere că suntem o familie mare și am fost dezamgiți când am văzut că nu exista un dormitor ci era defapt open-space. Această studiou nu se află la malul marii așa cum se spune în descriere ci la o distanță de aproximativ 600 m față de plajă. Cabina de duș este într-o stare degradată, la fel șiustensilele și vesela de bucătărie. S-ar fi putut un pic mai multă igienă.
