We enjoy CrossTimbers! We did have a problem with this cabin. The air conditioning was not working; however, Valerie took great care of us and the situation was remedied very quickly and professionally!
We will be back if you will have us!

....was our stay at the Sunset View property. The weather was cold and wet but the cabin was warm and cozy and made for an enjoyable family gathering. I highly recommend.

We loved this cottage and the view. I had read reviews where it was mentioned that the mattress on one of the beds was saggy, but the owner commented that the mattress had been replaced. And YES, the mattress in the MBR was excellent, but the iron bed in the other bedroom was so obviously saggy that my daughter and her husband put one of the couch cushions in the 'dip' during the night, but it didn't help. So please, replace that mattress!!! Otherwise, the cabin was very clean, which I appreciate, but if it wouldn't have been for the cleaning lady that was there when we arrived, we wouldn't have known to go to the little store to check in and get a key. It was not in the vrbo info I received the day we were to arrive.
