The price was quite high for a 3 star hotel. The location is excellent, and the room service staff were polite and friendly., the reception was not very professional especially the lady and the check-in process took a long time. The pool was not the best, but overall I would consider staying here again because of the great location.

Nice hotel, nice staff, good food. Just be mindful music will be loud almost all day, if you value quietness better to take a Mountain View room or ask to be at the left corner of the hotel to be far from the bar

We had an amazing girls’ trip at Cook’s Club Gouna! The pool on weekends was the place to be—lively, fun, and definitely the highlight of our stay. The staff were beyond nice and attentive, checking in on us every day to make sure we were comfortable. A special shoutout to Abdallah at the front desk, who really took care of us and made everything easy for our two rooms.
The hotel, food, drinks, and overall atmosphere were fantastic. Gouna itself is so beautiful, and Cook’s Club just added to the experience. The rooms are on the smaller side (I shared with a friend), but the team went above and beyond—after we checked out, they even let us use a room just to shower after finishing up at the pool. The second room they gave us was much bigger and more comfortable, so I’d recommend asking for one of the larger rooms if available.
Overall, everything from the vibe, service, and hospitality made our trip unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back!
