Ruhig, aber nah an der Innenstadt, Supermarkt fußläufig in 5 min erreichbar, super Fahrradcarport, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübernahme.
Ein Fön im Zimmer wäre schön.

Die Bettmatratze bedarf der Auswechselung. Der Toilettendeckel war völlig locker. Da scheint keiner hinzuschauen.
