I think its better for the host to give details for entry at least at the latest of check in time. Sometimes travellers not aware of message before arrival.

Spacious. Clean living, bed rom and toilet.
Cockroach smell in the kitchen. Prefer tv @ living rom instead @ 2nd floor fmly area Store behind kitchen...no lights...creepy at nite

The cleanliness of their rooms. Easy to communicate with the owner. My family and I loved their bathroom at the main room. Strategic location because its only took a few minutes to arrive at Mydin, McD, Ramadhan Seafood Restaurant and others.
