Near to the city center

Out host Iriana was extremely friendly, the apartment was super clean and right in the middle of a Domenican neighborhood so if something is needed U have places near by for some quick shopping. The entrance was a little hard to find since there's no door at the main road, U need to take the side road and enter a little path but once U know it it's easy to get there. We had a nice 3-night-stay and we think it's a pretty deal if U travel low budget and want to get away from mass tourism and the big hotels. Thank U again, Iriana, for your kind attention!

Bed was big and comfortable, air con worked well, wifi was functioning, hot water was always available and the check in/out was a pleasant experience. Seems like a safe neighborhood, even at night. It's one floor up from the street, and has plenty of windows, but no balcony.

The place is hard to find as there is no sign. It seemed like no one stayed there in a long time because the place was quite dirty, with dust everywhere. Not that there's much that could be done about it but I had to kill about 30 flies over 2 days (they just kept coming back and respawning in the kitchen), plus numerous little cockroaches. And about 5 million ants, including the ones in my bed every night. It's close to the main boulevard but far from anything else, especially the beach. Shower could use some bleach to get rid of all the fungus. Extremely noisy due to the proximity to the road, so you hear all the honking and engines revving. Very annoying.
