About this apartment rental
Historical building in downtown Del Norte, CO. Apartment is above a restaurant and in walking distance to retail shops including a local microbrewery restaurant. Just a short drive to Wolf Creek ski area and other local attractions.
We now have a portable air conditioner unit available in the apartment.
The space
queen bed, walk in shower only, working kitchen including coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, oven/stove, shared washer and dryer in hallway. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, with eating and cooking utensils. There is a staircase to walk up to studio apartment.
We now have an air conditioning and heating unit in the apartment.
As of 10/2016, We added a TV with DVD player that has wifi. There is NO cable.
Guest access
Keypad entrance into hallway that leads up to apartment, hallway has access to the washer and dryer, key lock box to access apartment key at door for easy check in and out.
Interaction with guests
The apartment is a self check in and check out. It uses a keypad deadbolt to enter in the staircase and a key lock box to access keys. This way we are able to offer flexible check in and check out times. Instructions on how to access apartment will be given after a quest books. We will be available anytime to answer questions or offer recommendations.

Great little apartment. Very comfortable and close to food and coffee. The place was quiet and easy to get to. Parking was also very easy. Had a really nice stay.

It was a cute apartment and they stocked it well. They even left towels specific to dry off your snowboard and skis. They communicated well about how to get in the apartment. It’s on the Main Street so a number of cafes, restaurants, and cute little shops within walking distance. The drive to Wolf Creek for snowboarding was less than an hour. When I come back to ski I will try to get this apartment again. My only note is that you have to walk about 20 stairs to get to it, so if that’s a problem for you then you might want to find another place.

Simple clean apartment right on main street. Bed, bathroom and kitchen all exceed needs and expectations for a great stay while you explore this part of Colorado. Brewery across the street for great eats and a pint. This place is a great option for single or couple travelers who want a great place to stay at a good price. Perfect for skiing at Wolf Creek, slightly farther than South Fork but with better restaurants and more affordable gas while still being on the better side of the pass for getting up to Wolf Creek. Second year staying at this place and it is definitely a preferred choice for future stays!
