Ponieważ byłem kilkukrotnie w Neptun Park uważam lokalizację za wyśmienitą. 150 metrów do plaży , plaży cichej i spokojnej bez jazgotu dzieci. Apartament czysty i wygodny.
Problemem jest parking. Ograniczono parkowanie wzdluz ulic na osiedlu , wrecz straż miejska wystawia wezwania do usunięcia pojazdów. Całe szczęście udało się złapać miejsce parkingowe ale raczej trzeba zapomnieć o swobodnym używania auta na wycieczki bo po powrocie nie ma gdzie zaparkować .

Można zwrócić uwagę na wymianę kanap w salonie(mocno wysłużone i niewygodne do siedzenia i spania) oraz wymianę materaca w sypialni (nie jest wygodny dla 2 osób ).
