Villa Jardin De l'Ocean

Very relaxed atmosphere and the ambiance was very chilled, loved the different rooms and styles, which were very Morrocan, The staff were very friendly and helpful, evening meals were very tasty!

During our stay, there was building work being carried out next to our rooms and the hotel kindly moved us to new rooms which was very much appreciated, but it would have been nice to have been informed prior to arrival.

We had a really nice stay here. The place itself is very charming, with a beautiful garden and a lovely terrace where you can truly relax. Having a car made getting around much easier, but the property itself was a great base. Everything felt calm, well-kept, and easy.

Beautiful spot 10 minutes' walk from Aourir and the gorgeous rugged Atlantic coast. If you're walking it is a hill! Aourir is a more traditional town with few tourists but that is what we like. The accommodation is well designed with terraces for each room, a beautiful garden with spectacular views and very friendly and well looked after dogs and cats. The breakfast was traditional Moroccan with breads, pancakes, honey, olives and soft cheese and was varied.

The neighbouring accommodation did have some noisy music until quite late at times, which was a bit jarring as he town itself is very quiet

The garden and views were incredible. I enjoyed lounging in the hammock watching the surfers. The sunsets are also beautiful. The room was traditional and remained cool during the day

The great views means the location is far from anything and it's a bit of a hike up or down the hill. The internet didn't work in the room. The breakfast was very basic, and served late (9-10.30) meaning we missed it when we had day trips planned. Being so far from shops etc, it would have been nice to be able to grab a tea or coffee or even water from within the hotel, this was not possible. The shower ran cold after a few minutes. There was a surfers lodge next door that played loud music until late. Whilst the terrace that comes with the room is private, in that other guests can't use it, it is completely overlooked by the whole property so has no privacy.
