Los gestores del piso se equivocaron en la entrega de llaves, la ubicación, a la hora de quedar con ellos todo fueron problemas y provocó costo económico y pretendieron hacernos responsables poniendo pegas

The hosts were very welcoming we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us and we are coming back again in April. Excellent value for money. Very happy guests.
The only issue we had was that we couldn’t figure out how to use the cooker hob as it was an induction hob and I don’t think the pans available were for an induction hob…but maybe it was just us! On the plus side it was a nice excuse to eat out again!

Sylvia met us at the property, on time and was very helpful
After booking, after receiving the Booking.com confirmation, HOLIDAYS2TORREMOLINOS then send their booking instructions which state the keys need to be collected at their offices in Malaga! So Me and my family need to take a train from the airport into Malaga, with our luggage, walk 15 minutes to the office, collect the keys, complete the registration process, pay the deposit, then, walk back to the station and travel to Torremolinos. That takes 3 to 4 hours off our holiday. I requested a meet and greet process in Torremolinos and had to pay an extra 30€. THIS IS REDICULOUS and has never happened with any of my other booking with Booking.com, Airbnb and other agents!!!
