Nice view. Closed to Toscana Valley.

Nice view and quiet.
Room space is quite wide and comfortable and fit for group stay.
The location is quite far from Thanarat road and restaurant .
Kitchen wares does not work properly such as stove pan ( should be changed) and electric stove does not provide strong heat .
We do not find some kitchenwares as stated in booking . com such as coffee machine and kitchen scissors.
There is no warm /hot water in the bathroom on the third floor.
Water flow in bathroom on the 4 floor is too weak and there is water flood on the bathroom floor during bathing.

The house is big and good for group of friends or a big family. The kitchen has enough plates and bowls.
The location is a bit far in my opinion but next to Toscana. The amenities such as toilet paper look a bit low in quality.
