About this apartment rental

Waterfront condo that provides access to one of the Nature Coast's greatest treasures...Kings Bay in Crystal River which is home to Manatees year round. Enjoy friendly community of Smugglers Cove, private dock and 16 x 14 waterfront lanai with awning. Fully tiled downstairs, newer appliances, dining room and full kitchen. Kayak through King's Bay and enjoy Manatee encounters, Hunter Springs Park and Three Sisters Springs. Enjoy great fishing, scalloping (last Saturday in June through September) and the beauty of Florida's Nature Coast.

Monthly rate includes all utilities (water, power, sewerage, etc..), phone, TV/cable, and internet (WiFi). Rates adjust seasonally... contact us with your best offer.
