About this house rental
The rental consists of:
- A 150m2 single-storey villa with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 140x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 200x200 bed + separate dressing room and toilet, 1 fully equipped kitchen, renovated in 2014, 1 shared toilet, lounge (renovated and enlarged in 2014) and a superb terrace with dining area (up to 8 people), and an outdoor lounge (sofas and coffee table) in shimmering colors;
- A bungalow at the bottom of the garden. During your stay you can use outside, protected by a system of sliding shutters, the walk-in shower, 1 toilet and the bathroom.
This set of finds in the heart of a pleasant garden with trees (15 coconut trees, hibiscus, olive tree, palm trees, ylang ylang, frangipani ...) including:
* a large swimming pool where the water is always pleasant (full sun and magnesium treatment) and whose temperature varies between 25 ° C during the southern winter and more than 30 ° C during the southern summer.
* an outdoor kitchen: sink, 4-burner hob and gas griddle, integrated traditional barbecue
The villa enjoys an excellent location:
- 100m from the fitness trail (for the more athletic or walks by the sea)
- less than 10 minutes by bike from downtown Saint-Paul and its fairground market.
- 2 min from the tracks to the North and the South.

Villa spacieuse, très bien équipée et très bien entretenue (conforme à la description).
Nous avons largement profité du jardin bien entretenu et de la piscine très agréable.
Location à recommander sans restriction.
