Available for short and long periods, two-room apartment in Acireale (Sicily) in the historic center in an elegant context inside a historic building from the late 1800s. Acireale is right on the sea front 16 km from Catania and 30 km from Taormina.
The apartment is finely renovated, fully furnished and air conditioned, has a living room with kitchen, 1 bedrooms, bathroom, large sunny terrace and reserved parking space inside the courtyard. The apartment is equipped with every comfort including TV, Wi-Fi internet, hairdryer and the possibility of hosting your animal friends.
It is located in the historic center of Acireale in a strategic position from which you can easily reach any destination in eastern Sicily. From Acireale it is in fact easy to reach Taormina, the beaches of Recanati and Giardini Naxos, Syracuse, Catania, Etna, the Aeolian Islands (Vulcano, Stromboli, Panarea, Salina ....) and Etnaland one of the most beautiful and appreciated water parks and thematic of Europe.
The prices are indicative and depend on the period of the year and the duration of the stay.
On request possibility of transfer from / to airport, port or railway station at advantageous rates. It is also possible to rent bikes on site.

Casa impecable; muy buena limpieza, óptima localización, con sitio seguro para dejar el coche. El dueño muy amable, te ofrece desde el primer día ayuda e información.
Pudimos dejar maletas después del check-out, con flexibilidad en el horario. La casa cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, que ademas contaba con provisiones para desayuno y comida.
Pueblo tranquilo, cerca de la autopista para poder hacer excursiones en la zona, huyendo del bullicio de la ciudad de Catania.
Cerca de la casa podías encontrar comercio local donde comprar productos de calidad. Realizamos un viaje de tres semanas por Sicilia, hospedándonos en 7 alojamientos; siendo éste, el mejor en el que estuvimos en toda la isla con mucha diferencia.
Casa senza macchia; pullitissimo, ottima localizazione, con posto sicuro per lasciare l'auto. Proprietario molto simpatico, ti offre aiuto e informazioni.
Siamo riusciti a lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out, con flessibilità degli orari. La casa ha una cucina completamente attrezzata, che ha avuto anche produtti per la colazione e il pranzo.
In un villaggio carino e abbastanza tranquillo, vicino alla strada per potere fare escursioni in zona, potendo cosí restare in fuga dalla frenesia della città di Catania.
Vicino alla casa si potrebbe trovare buoni locali ad acquistare prodotti di qualità. Abbiamo condotto un viaggio di tre settimane attraverso la Sicilia, e di tutti i posti che siamo stati questo é il migliore.

We were able to leave luggage after check-out, with schedule flexibility. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, which also had provisions for breakfast and lunch.
Quiet village, near the highway to excursions in the area, fleeing the bustle of the city of Catania.
Near the house you could find local businesses to buy quality products. We conducted a three-week trip through Sicily, staying in 7 accommodations; this being the best that we were all over the island by far.
