About this house rental
Fully equipped house. It consists of 2 rooms all with TV, one of them with bathroom (jacuzzi), a toilet, kitchen / living room, electric heating, closed fireplace and garden with barbecue. The house is located in a nature reserve area (Besaya), 40 minutes from the ski slope (high field) and 35 minutes from Santander. You can also do hiking trails along the Roman road and other parts of the town. Its location is in a villa called Pujayo where approximately 80 inhabitants live and at the same time connected to the nearest town called Barcena de Pie de Concha located five minutes by car, where we find most services.

We had a lovely stay and Davide was very helpful in all communications. I didn’t realise the pool was not on site but it was a very lovely municipal pool in a close town.

Lovely location by the river well presented clean had everything we required, visited a few local places but just enjoyed the peace and quiet of the cottage, a sun trap when it shines

A beautifully designed property with obviously great care being taken. Nicely located for our purposes which were a first visit to Northern Spain with plenty of sightseeing and walking. As a peaceful and rural location it didn't have bars/restaurants/shops on the doorstep but it was only a short 20 minute drive to Reinosa which had supermarkets and restaurants or half an hour to the more substantial Torrelavega.
The property was well equipped and in very good condition.

We had a wonderful week, the house exceed our expectations! It had everything that we needed for a great holiday. Exceedingly comfortable and well furnished. The local inhabitants were very friendly and it was nice to see and hear the children playing. In the Calles. To anybody staying here, you must go to the local (and only) bar in the village on Friday evening for the tapas! We have never seen such a display, but get there early, the locals start arriving about 20:00hrs so get there before them! Say hola for us to the old man who sits on his tree stump just outside the house!!Cons: 1) the gate way is a little narrow so be careful. 2) a handrail on the stairs would be useful.
