The location. A great base for exploring the Algarve. The pool and garden was beautiful and we used both daily. The house is large and accomodated all 11 of us comfortably. Communication prior to our stay was excellent. Great to have a gate to the drive, it felt very secure.
Some maintenance required to the roof of the pergola in the garden. One of the mattresses in the bedroom with two double beds was very uncomfortable and needs replacing really. It would have been good to have more than one set of keys as we had three cars and wanted to be able to enter and leave the property independently. The stairs gate would have been more useful at the bottom of the stairs.
