We were very happy with the rental. Clean and newly remodeled inside. I really like the shower. All appliances worked well , minor issue with the back door latch and one A/C unit, which was resolved by Vasca in reasonable time. Only one issue, next door restaurant had a maintenance man doing outdoor roof repair work at 3am (loud and bright lights), but only occurred once. I would highly recommend this rental. Overall, great experience.
I would like to rent it in Feb 2023, however doesn’t look available.

The cottage was ready on schedule, and the air conditioning is updated. All we needed for relaxation in Key West.

I have stayed in this property several times, and I hope to do so again. The location is very convenient, and the property has everything I need for an extended stay (fast wifi, washer/dryer, microwave, etc.). All of the appliances are in good condition.
The property management and maintenance staff are helpful and efficient.
