Location was pretty good, we love this area! House is very good, comfortable and has premium appliances, the facilities are very nice! Parking was really good!
The only point is that the house is aged, the screens on the doors and windows are torn, the pillows are very old, smelly and shapeless, the air conditioner of the master bedroom has a very strong bad smell, there are no glasses to drink only plastic and it's not nice for 20 days, the boiler is small and the hot showers need to be organized, and the pool has only a short morning period of time under the sun!

1. The location (very close to Playa del Carmen and to the beach. 2. The pool is also very nice 3. Most of the Neighbors were very friendly
1. Kitchen is dated and banged 2. Stools at the bar don’t work (don’t keep the height as they go all the way down) 3. Doors don’t close tightly, so you waste A/C and consume more energy. 4. We found 4 huge cockroaches during our stay 5. Pool hours are not display on the rules card, so we were confronted by the annoying neighbor all hate 6. Electricity is separate, so prepare to pay $1500 pesos extra for the month
