Sleeping area: 2 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom / shower, loft corridor with 2 single beds, 1 double bedroom on mezzanine with possibility of 1 extra single bed, 1 bathroom / shower in the corridor, hallway with stairs that leads to the "suit tower" on the first floor composed of a small living area with sofas and a French window leading to the large panoramic terrace, 1 large bright double bedroom (note: this room uses the bathroom on the ground floor which is located next to the stairs).
EXTERNAL
Internal courtyard square-shaped furnished with umbrellas, table and chairs for 12 people perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners, relax corner with sofas and armchairs in wicker; Pool 11 × 5.50 (1.20m deep) recently built in a corner of the property that is almost a small natural quarry, with around solarium area with sun beds and gazebo set up with cushions, sofa and armchairs; a very large area of which a part intentionally preserved in its original state while the part closest to the house is characterized by a beautiful partially terraced garden full of trees, flowers and plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub.
