Located at the tip of Cap d'Antibes is this charming apartment in an old, renovated building, 500 m from the beach.
The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms, 1 loft with a sofa bed and TV, 1 bathroom, 1 guest restroom with a washing machine, a private garden/patio of 70 square meters, 2 sun loungers, a large garden table with 6 chairs, and a beach umbrella.
Close to the heart of Garoupe Beach—considered one of the best on the coast—the Hotel du Cap and Baie de Millardaire are located in a peaceful setting. You can grab your towel and be at the water’s edge in 5 minutes, swimming from the lovely sandy beach at Garoupe or from the rocks at the tip of Cap d’Antibes. You can walk around Cap d’Antibes along the coastal path or wander around the Cap.
The neighbor is the Hotel Beau Site.
Two small supermarkets are located directly across from the apartment, and the butcher shop, deli, pharmacy, and restaurant are approximately 400 meters from the apartment. Close to the beach, the golf course, Nice, Cannes, museums, and much more that the Côte d’Azur has to offer.
Just a stone’s throw from Antibes—or a bus ride right outside the door—is the old town with its walls, the Provençal market, the shops, and the marina with its giant yachts. Juan-les-Pins, with its many beaches, restaurants, and shops.
You’ll have the chance to explore the many Provençal villages inland, with their numerous markets, or take a trip to Italy.
There are many golf courses in the area.
