We were welcomed by Cath and provided with a delicious Victoria sponge!Amazing space for everyone, so well catered for in the kitchen we could all prepare proper meals. Bedrooms were big and very comfortable. All the facilities: hot tub, table tennis, pool, fusball were well used and enjoyed as was the beautiful countryside around us.Plenty of information, very communicative host, everything we could have needed for a lovely, fuss free, family break. Thanks! We hope to come back.

Great property, ideally located if you just want to chill out and relax. Spotlessly clean , great layout and well maintained. The hot tub and games rooms are an added bonus and great communication with the host. The homemade cake was delicious and was a nice touch. Can highly recommend a stay at Sunnybank.
