Villa Beira Golf by Algarve Holidays

Nice villa overlooking the old course. Well equipped. Heated pool.

Not overly spacious inside or out. It wasn’t clear from the description that one of the bedrooms is a self contained upstairs apartment with separate outdoor entrance. One set of keys makes moving freely between difficult unless you leave everything unlocked.

We loved the location is was really pretty and Vilamoura marina was lovely.

We had issues with the swimming pool, I was mislead into believing it would be heated to a certain temperature, but unfortunately we had issues with it having a error and then on the last few days it didn’t get up to the temperature they told me it would. I felt like I paid for a service I didn’t fully get! I do feel disappointed that I wasn’t understood, it was hot when we got out there so the pool s was a good temperature but as the temperature outside dropped so did the pool temperature, it should of stayed what is was supposedly set at! Also It could do with a slight update, broken parasol ( this was changed after a few days of asking), missing chair in dining area, broken tiles around pool. Mosquito sliding door had no handle so really difficult to open!

Seashell were very helpful and responsive. Pool heating was great.

2 broken sun loungers, multiple electricity cuts, the shower room smelt (drain problem already reported on trip advisor). The shower in the en suite leaks. No waterproof covers on beds or spare sheets. Had to chase clean and pool clean. Washing machine only does 1 programme which is a 30 minute wash and doesn’t clean adequately. No English channels for kids. No whisk / scissors / masher in kitchen. Alarm went off when we were arrived and we were given no code.
