NOA Apartment Quinta do Lago

Everything was lovely , facilities were excellent, location is probably best in quinta , apartment is spacious and bright , big and well equipped.

We had a 13 night stay and there was no cleaning service during this time , I think there should have been at least one if not two services with fresh sheets and towels .

It’s was very spacious

No sunbeds, no mirror in one of the bedrooms , towels have seen better days, beds rusty& bedding not comfortable

Apartment is super well maintained and equipped, in a lovely apartment block with close access to a pool and the beach. The host is super friendly and facilitated a late check in

The location was very good, and the pool area was nice and great for kids.

The apartment was a lot smaller than indicated in the pictures. The hosts were quite rude to us on each interaction, and tried to charge us for a defected item upon leaving even though it was in the same condition as it was on arrival. One of the beds wasn't made on arrival, and we didn't have enough towels or beach towels, both were also very old and rough. The apartment above us was VERY loud throughout the night and woke all of us up 9/10 of the nights we stayed, which wasn't ideal with a 1 year old.
