The person on reception was very friendly and professional. I found the apartment to be clean and comfortable, the air conditioning was excellent. My only disappointment was that there was no kettle, as i like a coffee in the morning. Apart from that one small issue, the place was perfect.

La amabilidad y la disponibilidad del personal , el día de nuestra llegada se pusieron en contacto con nosotros por WhatsApp para preguntarnos hora de llegada aproximada, la persona de recepción nos estaba esperando. La tranquilidad de la zona.
Las camas algo incomodas sobre todo el sofá cama. Aunque estuvimos muy tranquilos la noche del viernes y la del sábado hubo bastante jaleo por parte de algunos clientes.

Por parte de Booking no me informaron que tenía que pagar por mi mascota, me cobraron al llegar y decía que aceptaban mascotas, pero por haber echo la reserva en booking lo tenía que pagar, por ser con ustedes no puede cancelar la reserva tenía un problema grave y no me dejaron ni cancelar ni posponerlo
