Outstanding breakfast and dinner

The restaurant manager is outstanding, he does an incredible job. It is 5 star superior hotel level when it comes to the breakfast and dinner. Bravo to the employees and the kitchen! Several employees making sure that all is clean and that you get a top service. Fresh orange juice, fresh eggs the way you wish, gluten-free options. Amazing service! Grazie! Good and thoughtful suggestions from the reception when asked for places to go outside of the hotel.

The room was too small for our taste and what we thought we booked. We stayed there the mid of April, so no beach club opened, no pool used by us because of the temperatures.

Удобное расположение, комфортная территория, приветливый и очень отзывчивый персонал. Большой бассейн (больше 25 м в длину), маленький для деток. Теннисные корты (с грунтовым покрытием), площадки для падела буквально через дорогу от отеля. В отеле можно договориться о тренировках с тренером. Потрясающий ресторан отеля на пляже. Мы в нем отмечали день приезда. Ужаснулись через пару дней, когда его закрыли. Очень удобные лежаки в большом количестве на отельной части пляжа. Сам пляж с мелким песком, очень широкий, вдоль моря можно гулять и гулять, буквально километры.

Нет балкона в номере. Под окнами нашего номера на крыше здания с рестораном массивная конструкция с вытяжками и кондиционерами. Мы спали с открытым окном, шум слышен, но мы привыкли (дома окна квартиры на дорогу выходят). Для кого-то может стать проблемой. Окно без фиксатора. В дни, когда было ветрено, приходилось закрывать его. Мы были втроем в номере, с восьмилетним ребенком. Пришлось просить дополнительные вешалки, отдельно чашки, стаканы, чайник, сушилку для вещей. В ванной было всего два крючка. Очень неудобно даже для двоих. А нас было трое. Кухня отеля работала с перерывом (возможно, такое было только в дни нашего приезда, а в сезон работает весь день). В раскладывающейся кровати ребенка нашли детскую футболку. Видимо, от прежних гостей. Для пятизвездочного отеля все изложенное считаю недопустимым. Через пару дней после нашего приезда отель закрыл свой ресторан на пляже и убрал все лежаки, хотя погода позволяла гулять и проводить время на берегу. Даже позже, когда поднялся ветер, в отеле было достаточно отдыхающих из северной Европы, которые ходили у моря. Мы тоже. Возможно, что погода таковой остается потом продолжительное время и убрали лежаки и закрыли ресторан именно из-за этого. Но нам показалось очень странным при наличии гостей закрывать ресторан на пляже и убирать абсолютно все лежаки. Пару десятков можно было смело оставить. В целом, если мы еще приедем в это место, посмотрим другие отели поблизости.

Non è un hotel a 5 stelle. Hotel buono nel complesso ma come un 4 stelle. Camere semplici, senza nulla di lusso, posizione non fronte mare, nessun drink di benvenuto e prodotti bagno normali.

Gut ausgestattetes Hotel in toller Lage mit einigen Zusatzkosten.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, tolles Buffet. Allerdings sehr lange Wartezeiten auf Bestellungen auf Heißgetränke und Eierspeisen. Tolle Strandanlage, allerdings doch mit erheblichen Mehrkosten (Saisonabhängig zwischen 60-90 Euro für zwei Liegen und einen Schirm). Aber viel Platz und hoher Comfort…

Am Strand wollte man keine Ballspiele (Volleyball in Kleingruppe) sehen. Man meinte sogar, am öffentlichen Strandanteil einschreiten zu müssen. Die große Tennisanlage war ungepflegt,, teils schlechte Plätze.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni, negatywne strony bardziej w ramach przemyślenia do dyrekcji hotelu

Czystość w pokojach bez zarzutu, dwa razy dziennie sprzątany. Wygodne i duże łóżka, bardzo duże łazienki i duży pokój. Świetnie działająca klimatyzacja w pokojach i hotelu. Bardzo pomocna i miła obsługa, zarówno w restauracji, jak i w recepcji. Kolacje w restauracji na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Obsługa kelnerska również, aż dziwi fakt braku możliwości dopisania do rachunku napiwku dla nich. Duży basen, nielimitowany dostęp do ręczników basenowych.

Porcje na kolacji trochę za małe, nie wszyscy kelnerzy posługują się językiem angielskim. Brak informacji, że na śniadaniach jest możliwość zamówienia jajek w różnej postaci oraz kawy - nie ma ekspresu do samodzielnej obsługi - przydałoby się dodatkowe menu. Cena za parking podziemny powala, taniej wychodzi zaparkować na ulicy i regulować płatność w parkometrach -14 euro zamiast 32 euro- jest znaczna różnica. Czystość na basenie- pierwszy hotel, w którym nie myte są podesty na basenie, podobnie jak materace na leżakach z odchodami ptaków. O tej strefie trochę zapomniano, a przecież to hotel 5-cio gwiazdkowy. Na minus dodatkowa opłata, dość spora, za leżaki na plaży, o tym fakcie dowiedzieliśmy się na miejscu i nie kryliśmy zdziwienia. Pokoje odświeżone, ale widać gołym okiem, że jest to zrobione na szybko -w naszym pokoju obdrapana szafa, lodówka ukryta w szafie, co było trochę problematyczne. Bardzo cienki stropy i ściany, więc słychać wszystko wokół.
