Bademöglichkeiten. Kein deutscher TV Sender. Strandbar so bald geschlossen hatte und keine Liegen mehr benutzt werden konnten.

Sehr modern eingerichtet Apartment. Es war groß und sauber. Personal in der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Einziger Minuspunkt- es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine. Lediglich einen Wasserkocher. Es ist leider auch kein Bäcker in der Nähe um sich morgens schnell einen Kaffee zuholen.

A hely közelsége, tisztasága és a profizmus. A kocsi parkoló rendkívül tetszett, modern és szép környezet fogadott minket.

A bojler 3x romlott el. Bár mindig azonnal orvosolták a hibát és minden igényünket igyekeztek kielégíteni (gyorsaság, pontosság, magánszféra zavarása nélkül). Nem volt mikróhullámú sütő, ez talán apró negatívum.

Plavo nebo obejmuje kilka lokalizacji . Miałam przyjemność być gościem obiektu Lepeza, polecam. Obok były domy Lavender, które też mi się podobały . Lepeza jest położona w pierwszej linii od łoża . Obiekt jest nowoczesny , parking jest na terenie obiektu . Zaletą jest duży taras , bliskość morza , nowoczesność wnętrza. Polecam

Had to walk through the neigbour’s “garden” to get to the car/street. 30min for the check-in. They take extra 100 eur (damage)deposit in cash. Had to put garbade out by ourselves. Had to take the sheets out.

Es un poco confuso, en la descripción general tiene lavadora, pero al reservar cada unidad te das cuenta que solo algunos departamentos tienen lavadora, el nuestro que es más pequeño no tiene lavadora. Demasiadas reglas que te hacen sentir como en un regimiento, entiendo las normas de cada lugar pero este alojamiento de llena de información acerca de lo que debes y no debas hacer.(te piden sacar la ropa de cama) En la publicación general el énfasis está en los departamentos más grandes y con jardines lo que te puede confundir. Faltan ganchos para colgar toallas a la salida de la ducha, sillas y mesas de terraza son de una calidad muy inferior al resto del mobiliario. Personal en el check in poco amable sin entregar mucha información sobre que hacer en Medulin. Solo nos informó de un bar en la playa privada que estaba cerrado.

Lepo na slici al za odmor zaobići !!!

Apartmani su prelepi iznutra i spolja prelepim travnjakom ali...

Jedino sto je lepo je sama gradjevina i prostor a sve ostalo je ravno katastrofi. Pri samom check-in docekala nas je veoma naporna papirologija,striktna pravila i upozorenja na sve ono sto ne smemo da radimo i to smo sve morali da ispotpisujemo i platimo deposit u slucaju da prekrsimo pravila- licilo je vise na prijem u zatvorsku jedinicu nego u apartman gde treba da provedete odmor. Ukoliko zelite miran odmor to ovde mozete da zaboravite,svaki noc smo bili okruzeni nenormalno glasnom muzikom.Bojleri u kupatilu su namesteni na low eco mode i najvise dve osobe mogu da se okupaju toplom vodom ako su brzi,ostali moraju da cekaju dodatnih sat vremena. Mravi i insekti su prisutni po celom apartmanu.Boravili smo u Maju i temperature tokom noci su bile niske a u apartmanu nije moguce upaliti klima uredjaj da greje- naravno opet blokirano zbog potrosnje struje od strane vlasnika.Ukoliko zelite da se zadrzite na travnjaku ispred apartmana ili pozelite da sednete na njega ili stavite sto ili stolicu ubrzo cete dobiti preteci poziv osoblja i upozorenje da se sklonite. Po recima osoblja - U svakom momentu morate pratiti kretanje i snagu vetra i reagovati ukoliko pocne da ljulja suncobran jer ako vam padne jedan deo njega to vas kosta dodatnih 100e. Peskiri se ne menjaju,smece se ne odnosi,jedan ipo toalet papir se dobije po dolasku i pola doze sapuna. Tokom celog odmora bili smo pod pritiskom osoblja i strogih pravila.Za kraj check-out koji traje i do sat vremena jer apartman mora da prodje detaljnu kontrolu,prebrojavanje inventara(kasikica,soljica,tanjirica...),inspekciju zidova i namestaja...Sve uz pratnju osoblja i coveka iz obezbedjenja.Opet kao da napustate zatvorsku jedinicu. Opsti utisak - lepo na slici a za odmor zaobici.

Velmi pekná lokalita - TOP. Plus prostredie záhradky, blízkosť mora a potrebného vybavenia. Pergola nad parkovaním pomahala udrzat teplotu v aute na prijatelnej urovni. vybavenie apartmanu bolo tiez super

Mozno vstup do mora by si vyzadoval naviest kamienky, ale to je detail... A velmi vela mnravcov s ktorými som bojoval síce sám ale s prostridkami z recepcie... :-)

We stayed in Lepeza 2+2 apartment and we had a great time with my family and I will definitely recommend Plano Nebo Istr

-quiet location in the Medulin (center is very loud in the evening) -close to the beach -discount for sunloungers on closest beach -large and modern apartment -sea view -private parking -good Wi-Fi

-small ants on the ground floor -for small kids a little boring, there is no playground

the apartment was clean and has everything you need for a short stay. The complex is well located near the beach, although the nearest beach is not very nice for my taste, the most central area is easily accessible on foot.

In our case, we had an apartment on the ground floor with a terrace facing the parking lot, so using the terrace was not very pleasant. For a 7-day stay with children on the beach, the lack of a washing machine is something to consider since there is no laundry nearby. the apartment showed access to a barbecue but the reality is that the one we got did not have

Choose wisely

The apartments was nice, a lot of space. You have a full set of dishes. Comfortoble bed. Additional blankets and pillows. Clean and calm area. You have a parking place for your car (was not relevant for me)

Unfortunately this part will be bigger than previous. Deposit fee 100€. I think the last time I remember this was 5-6 years ago, it was not a key deposit. I think it is a deposit if you broke something, but still... It is an unusual thing for me. Bureaucracy. Usually I show my passport and grab the keys. Not here unfortunately. There were at least 3 documents for signing. Be prepared for that. Ice freezing floor! There is no centralized heating system. I understand it is not yet summer in April, but can you put some small carpets for example? Air conditioner worked like heater, but coverage area was really small. It was not enough to dry the clothes after diving.

Apartman with 2 bedrooms-The balcony wasn't too big for 5-6 people. (There was 4 chair for 5 people ) The last cleaning is in the price but I was surprised ,we needed to take the bed linens off and take them to the bathroom, also all the towels needed to take to the bathroom. The stuff checked how dirty the microwave was..It.. wasn't, but what happens if it is? 🤷‍♀️ It wasn't a big thing, but still surprising that's, all

The apartment we had was 50m from the beach. Amazingly spacious inside and the terrace with sea view was large and perfect for evenings.

I found nothing to dislike other than the length of time to check in due to paperwork.🤔
