toilet seat broken could not use the tv - no instructions and only managed to use Netflix booking.com provided one code with a different address - rental company another which was confusing looks like boiler is leaking - bowl was under it with no explanation towels in need of being repacked no shower gel - thought that this was a bit mean not to have been provided it furniture a bit random
