The apartment of 45sqm is situated in the typical village of Villefranche-sur-mer, on the hill overlooking the famous Rade de Villefranche and the luxuous peninsula of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat . The view from the apartment and the almost 35 sqm terrace is just breathtaking ! Maybe one of the most beautiful of the Riviera. You will be able to enjoy relax on a deck chair in the sun all the day, as it is facing south. You do not have to worry about your car, as you can park free and safety down the apartment. No noise as well, as the place is located in a dead end road.
From the apartment, you will join the city-centre or the beach in 15 minutes walking or 5 minutes by car.
You will find a large living-room with sofa-bed, sharing space with an fully equipped American kitchen, all opened on the terrace. The bedroom is also open on the terrace and furnished with a queen-size bed (160/200). In the bathroom you will find an Italian-style shower ; toilets are detached for more commodity.
Completely new , everything is new, practical, modern and chosen tastefully.
You will find a big screen flat television, Wifi, there is as well a washing machine and a dish-washer, micro-wave oven, an induction cooker and all which is essential in a successful and peaceful stay.
Animals are accepted with prior agreement of the owner.
Villefranche-sur-mer and the municipalities surrounding offer numerous possibilities of visits and strolls, here is some of our favorite destinations:
- The Villa Kérylos in Beaulieu, reconstruction of a typical villa of antique Greece
- The Ephrussi de Rotschild museum in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, its china collection and its fabulous gardens
- The chapel Sancta Maria de Olivo in Beaulieu, showroom
- The garden of Olivaie in Beaulieu, to bask in the grass in the shade of hundred-years-old olive trees or play with the children and listen music during the 'Nuits des Guitares'.
- The Citadel of Villefranche sur Mer, fortress of the XVIth century, as well as her museums, Volti and Goetz-Boumeester and her gardens
- The Oceanographic museum of Monaco
Some strolls along the coast :
- The tour of the Cap Ferrat by the Pine forest and the Career, arrived at the beach of Passable
- Beaulieu tennis open ITF
- From Cap d'Ail to Monaco by the beach of La Mala
- From Beaulieu to St-Jean by the walk Rouvier

We absolutely loved this villa with a view of the Villefranche bay. The terrace was just as it appeared on the listing and thank goodness it had air conditioning! The owners live right next door and we got to meet them but the villa was quiet and private and just what we wanted. My only suggestions for future guests would be to perhaps provide beach towels and chairs/umbrella so we could take advantage of the beaches a little more. Additional regular and kitchen towels would have also helped since we stayed 5 nights. But those are nit-picky things. Communication with the property manager was easy and the check in was flawless. We felt so lucky to find this gem for our first visit to the French Riviera. Thank you!

We had a great time at this place. The bed was a little firm for my tastes, but my wife thought it was fine. And, overall our stay was perfect. If you like getting your steps in, the walk from the street straight up is great! You can walk to anything and everything. We did have a slight challenge finding the place because vrbo suppresses some information in communicating with the owners, so mistakenly using apple maps, (we'll see if vr bo suppresses that) the geocoordinates didn't work vs. using google maps, as we were instructed - but that part was suppressed. In case that gets suppressed, we'll say don't use A-maps, use G-maps. The owner's family and hosts are great too. And if you like rock and roll history, your view from the deck catches Villa Nellcotte, where some of Exile On Main Street was recorded. If we get back to Beaulieu Sur Mer, we'd stay there again, but may explore other spots as well. Their place was great.
